We want you to love your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can review your request.

Lunchboxes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Normal wear and tear
Products that have been used

If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
